Noemi started her professional journey in the beauty industry by gaining experience with various hair textures while studying at Alameda Beauty College in California. Noemi received her license in 1999 and was fortunate to have a mother who was a salon owner and mentor. She encouraged Noemi to learned both chemical and cut services. The establishment soon became a family business in which her two sisters and her aunt (her mother's sister) also participated. This unique familial collaboration provided a comforting advantage in sharing & experimenting with just about anything. Noemi further honed her skills in San Francisco as a hairstylist until relocating to Austin, TX, in 2017.

To relaunch her business in Austin, she leveraged her major in multimedia & graphic design to promote herself and empower fellow stylists. The open arms culture of Austin prompted Noemi to service in photoshoots and fashion events while connecting with vibrant creators. Her experience as a hairstylist in Austin significantly influenced her approach to hair, shaped by the regional climate contrasted with that of the Bay Area and the rich, homegrown hippie culture.

Additionally, the unexpected loss of hair lead her to embrace a healthy lifestyle and curate her services, leading to the concept she now refers to as Beauty Minimalism. Her salon offerings are tailored to align with this belief system. She offers her guests' personalized services, ensuring that their daily hair practices complement their lifestyles. Noemi believes that contemporary beauty culture often leads individuals to overlook their natural beauty. She emphasizes that everyone's hair is intrinsically styled; her role is to help clients appreciate it.
